I adored this book guys. I first fell in love with Louise in King of Wall Street, and now the love has only grown. Park Avenue Prince gave me all the feels and while it wasn't too anstgy it had just enough for me.

Grace Astor grew up on Park Avenue but now grown up is far from the people there.She has recently opened up her own art gallery and that is where she meets Sam.

Sam was a hero who I loved. He had his own demons to overcome but seeing him and Grace together was amazing. Grace was perfect for Sam because she listened to his struggles and tried to make it better which is what makes them so great together.

All in all I loved this book. I skipped going out to stay in and read and I do not regret that decision!
